Next phase of Medway regeneration scheme given planning permission

LEADING developer Countryside and housing association Hyde gained planning permission for the next phase of a landmark Medway regeneration scheme.

Phase three of Rochester Riverside was approved by Medway Council in April, paving the way for 171 homes, a new large park, extension of the riverside walk, and public art around the famous refurbished 50-year-old dockside blue crane.

The landmark scheme will be delivered over 12 years, creating up to 1,400 homes as well as a new school, hotel, retail space and open space. To read our most recent Medway magazine click here.
