Developer Countryside is offering virtual appointments for potential homeowners for sites Beam Park and Fresh Wharf, as construction has paused during lockdown.
Phase one of the £1bn regeneration scheme for Beam Park, in Rainham and Dagenham, is currently under construction offering 640 homes with 576 apartments and 64 houses.
The development, being created with housing association L&Q, will also include the new Beam Park Station on the C2C line with a public square, energy centre, retail stores and a primary school including nursery.
Fresh Wharf, in Barking, launched in October in 2019 and homes for the first phase are expected later this year. Countryside is working with housing association Notting Hill Genesis to deliver the scheme with 911 new homes, shops, cafes and parks at the riverside destination. The entire development is due to be completed by 2026.
