How can the UK be the world leader for sustainable buildings after Covid-19?

Sustainable buildings provide an opportunity for places to be built to perform better, meet the needs of their users and help the environment. How can sustainable development aid the green agenda and public health post-coronavirus? Is it practical for all future buildings to be Passivhaus? What types of public buildings, such as educational institutions and office buildings, benefit from being sustainable? Should there be a push to retrofit buildings that can gain from having sustainable elements? What can central government to do help the sustainable buildings agenda? What are the solutions for increasing sustainable building?
